A healthy men can enjoy life, following are some tips or a guide line to become a body builder!
Take 5 to 6 meals per day.
Try to eat fish and beef twice a week.
Drink as much water as you can per day.(2 to 3 liters).
Start doing push-ups in morning daily.
Sleep 8 to 10 hours in 24 hours.
Join any game club.
